Plano-Coudon wanted to save time and money by bringing the production and printing of their marketing books in-house. My first task was to research and recommend a new process for internal staff to create and edit project sheets with easy to use, familiar software. I achieved this by designing templates in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Publisher, and using Acrobat to combine the files into one book. This allowed Plano-Coudon to create and print books, on the fly, using their internal printer and binding system. To further save costs, as well as time and paper, I researched FlipBook technology so that Plano-Coudon could post their books online, rather than mail them. The FlipBook technology allows for more interaction than a traditional PDF. The end result showcases Plano-Coudon's exceptional work in a high-tech format, while eliminating printing costs and outside vendors completely.
